Shuttle Information
Information about hotel shuttles from the official conference hotels is listed below including service times, special event transportation and hotel shuttle routes.
SHUTTLE SERVICE TIMES:
- Sunday, May 23: 6:30 am - 9:30 pm
(30 minute intervals between 11:00 am - 3:00 pm)
- Monday, May 24: 6:30 am - 11:00 am and 4:00 pm - 7:30 pm (no mid-day service)
- Tuesday, May 25: 6:30 am - 11:00 am and 4:00 pm - 7:30 pm (no mid-day service)
- Wednesday, May 26: 6:30 am - 11:00 am and 3:00 pm - 7:30 pm (no mid-day service)
SPECIAL EVENT SHUTTLES:
Saturday, May 22: Scholarship Golf Open - departing from Lower Lobby C at 12:00 pm, arrive earlier for check-in.
Monday, May 24: Wind Energy Foundation Fundraiser at the House of Blues (Doors open at 7:00 pm)
- Shuttle service to the House of Blues will be provided from 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm from:
- Convention Center
- Hyatt Regency Dallas
- Sheraton Downtown Dallas
- Hilton Anatole Hotel
If you are staying at another hotel, you can take your regular shuttle back to the
convention center and then transfer to the House of Blues shuttle from 6:30 - 7:30 pm.
- Return shuttles will be provided from 9:00 pm - 11:00 pm to all hotels on the regular shuttle routes below.
Tuesday, May 25: Conference Dinner at the Hyatt Regency Dallas (6:30 pm)
- Shuttle service from the convention center to the Hyatt Regency (Route 2) will be provided up until the normal shuttle end time of 7:30 pm. If you wish to return to your hotel before the dinner, you can take your regular shuttle back to the convention center and then transfer to the Hyatt Regency (Route 2) until 7:30 pm.
- Return shuttles will be provided at the conclusion of the dinner until 10:00 pm to all hotels on the regular shuttle routes below.
Wednesday, May 26: Scholarship 5K Race at Katy Trail (6:30 am)
- Pickups will take place at 5:30 am at the following hotels:
- Adolphus
- Hyatt Regency Dallas
- Sheraton Downtown Dallas
- Hilton Anatole Hotel
- Embassy Suites Market Center
- Radisson Love Field
- Doubletree Campbell Center
- Return service to the specific hotels noted above will depart at the conclusion of the 5K around 7:15 am.
Thursday, May 27: Wind Farm Tour - departing at 8:00 am from Lower Lobby C.
