Registration Options
The following types of passes are available for purchase at WINDPOWER 2010 Conference & Exhibition:
Main Conference: Includes access to the exhibition and conference sessions on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday (does not include pre-conference seminars held on Sunday), electronic session handout files, 1 ticket for the Kickoff Party in the exhibit halls on Sunday night, morning and afternoon coffee breaks, lunches in the exhibit hall, Monday evening's exhibit hall happy hour and poster reception, and a closing cocktail on Wednesday afternoon following the conclusion of conference sessions.
One-Day Conference: Includes access to the exhibition and conference sessions including electronic session handout files for selected day(s), morning and afternoon coffee breaks and lunch in the exhibit hall on selected day(s).
Exhibition Only: Includes access to the exhibition including lunch in the exhibit hall for selected day(s). Please note - exhibition only passes are not available for purchase by speakers, moderators or poster presenters. No Access to Conference Sessions unless you purchase a Bonus Session Ticket to attend 1 session of your choice for $100 (NEW this year).
Exhibitor Booth Personnel Pass: Includes access to the exhibition for the entire show, 1 ticket for the Kickoff Party in the exhibit halls on Sunday night, Monday evening's exhibit hall happy hour, and lunches in exhibit hall. No Access to Conference Sessions unless you purchase a Bonus Session Ticket to attend 1 session of your choice for $100 (NEW this year).
Pre-Conference Seminar Only: Includes only the Sunday day-long pre-conference seminar specifically purchased. All pre-conference seminars run concurrently so you may only register for one. This pass does not include regular conference sessions or the exhibition on Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday . Access to the exhibit hall on Sunday from 4:00 - 6:30 pm is included in this pass however to attend the Sunday night's WINDPOWER Concert you would need to purchase a specific ticket for that event.
Please Note: The following activities are functions that require you to purchase separate tickets in order to attend unless otherwise noted:
- WINDPOWER Golf Open (Saturday, May 22) - This event is NOT included in any
registration pass and must be purchased separately to attend!
- Kick-Off Party (Sunday, May 23, 5:00 - 6:30 pm in exhibit halls) - 1 ticket is included
already in the main conference and booth personnel passes. Access is also provided
with pre-conference seminar purchases. If you have a one-day conference or exhibition
only registration, or if you wish to bring a guest, you will need to purchase a
separate ticket.
- House of Blues - Wind Foundation Fundraiser (Monday, May 24, 7:00 pm, House of
Blues) - This event is NOT included in any registration pass and must be purchased
separately to attend!
- Conference Dinner (Tuesday, May 25, 6:30 pm, Hyatt Regency Dallas) - This event is
NOT included in any registration pass and must be purchased separately to attend!
- 2nd Annual 5K Scholarship Race (Wednesday, May 26, 6:30 am, Katy Trail) - This event
is NOT included in any registration pass and must be purchased separately to attend!
- Wind Farm Tour (Thursday, May 27, 8:00 am) - This event is NOT included in any
registration pass and must be purchased separately to attend!

General Public: The Exhibition will be open to the general public on Wednesday, May 26 from 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm for a fee of $5 per person. Children under 16 are complimentary but must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for the entire time while in the exhibition. No advance registration is required or available for this public time period. Cash is required for the entry fee. Visit registration in Lobby A or Lobby F at the Dallas Convention Center starting at 2:00 pm on Wednesday, May 26.
