Exhibitor Marketing
As you know, WINDPOWER is a great way for your company to gain visibility to the wind industry. What you might not know, is that the most successful companies attend exhibitions with marketing plans that have taken serious thought and analysis. For you to get the most out of your exhibition experience, AWEA offers a number of opportunities for your company to get exposure beyond your floorplan in the exhibit hall.
Announce your involvement. Alert your customers that you will be attending by contacting them via your mailing list or social networks. Tell them about the unveiling of a new product or service at the exhibition. Promise to demonstrate or even make an appointment to meet.
- Email Marketing through Exhibitor Invites
Again this year, AWEA is offering exhibitors a great opportunity: a free customized email campaign! This campaign allows you to send up to three emails to an unlimited number of your customers and prospects a friendly reminder to stop by your booth during WINDPOWER 2010. This easy to use, turnkey system will launch in early March, so start getting your email lists together, and look for more information soon...
Co-Brand with WINDPOWER. Advertise your exhibition in trade publications, on your website, in printed materials. Make sure you are announcing your booth number, using the WINDPOWER 2010 logo, using the AWEA Business Member logo. Click here for the Official WINDPOWER 2010 Logo and other banner ads you can feel free to downlaod and use.
Take advantage of show marketing opportunities. WINDPOWER offers a number of opportunities for additional exposure. When possible, take advantage of these. Remember, of course, your customer base should be coming to see you at the event, so make sure you reach out to them as well.
